Please read these Terms carefully before using Robopaw. By purchasing, activating, or using the Robopaw device or app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Robopaw device, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Robopaw AI Systems ("Robopaw," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Robopaw provides an AI-powered robotic companion designed to assist parents and guardians with child supervision and engagement. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@robopaw.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Full access to the Robopaw App requires an active membership plan at $89/month. Your membership renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time after the first 12 months through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of household child safety and engagement. You must not:
Robopaw is a supervisory aid, not a replacement for adult supervision. While our AI systems are designed to be highly reliable, no technology is infallible. You must not leave children in situations where Robopaw is the sole means of safety oversight. Robopaw AI Systems is not liable for incidents that occur during device malfunction, network disruption, or any circumstance outside normal operating conditions.
Always ensure an adult is reachable and able to respond to alerts. Emergency situations should always involve direct adult intervention and, where appropriate, emergency services.
Each Robopaw unit comes with our 24–48 hour replacement guarantee for hardware failures under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not cover:
To initiate a replacement, contact support@robopaw.ai with your order number and a description of the issue. We will ship a replacement unit within the guaranteed window upon verification.
All hardware designs, software, AI models, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Robopaw AI Systems. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, household purposes only. No ownership of intellectual property is transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robopaw AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@robopaw.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any data stored on our servers will be deleted within 30 days.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
